The policies and procedures at Fort Payne Housing Authority (FPHA) provide a guideline for daily operations and are essential to providing outstanding affordable housing services in our community. They ensure compliance with laws and regulations, give guidance for decision-making, and streamline internal processes. Public Housing Authorities have the discretion to adopt local policies and procedures that do not conflict with federal laws and regulations.
