Housekeeping Requirements

• Range surface, drip pans and oven must be clean.
• The refrigerator's surface and inside must be clean with no spoiled food inside.
• The bathroom commode, faucet and tub must be clean.
• Floors must be clean.
• All food should be covered or stored.
• All dishes should be washed and placed inside the cabinet.
• All clothes should be hung in the closet, in drawers or if dirty in the clothes basket.
• All garbage should be properly disposed of.
• Your porch should not have furniture on it designed for inside use such as: sofa, chair, or recliner.
• Your yard should be free of cans, bottles or trash.
• Smoke alarm must be in operation. If not, phone in a work order immediately.
• Should your apartment not meet the above requirements, you will get a lease violation warning and your lease could possibly be terminated!!
