Playground & Common Area Rules

Rules and Regulations

The Playground and Basketball court is provided for your enjoyment; however FPHA will not tolerate abuse of these accommodations. We want all the children to play as safe as possible. It will be the responsibility of each parent to supervise their children. We will not be responsible for accidents. If you or your children are found to be violating these rules, the household will receive a violation and your lease could be terminated.

Hours of Operation: 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM

  • Use of playground equipment is at your own risk. Play area is reserved for residents only.
  • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult resident at all times.
  • No Alcoholic beverages are permitted at any time.
  • No rough playing, hitting, shoving or fighting permitted.
  • No yelling or use of profane language or other loud disturbance.
  • Only one person per swing at a time.
  • No jumping off of slides.
  • No one over the age of 18 permitted to use the equipment.
  • No destruction of playground equipment; this includes graffiti
  • No glass, bottles or sticks in play area.
  • No Littering. All trash must be picked and properly disposed of immediately after playground use. A cleanup fee shall be charged to your account if not done.
  • No hanging or climbing on basketball goal, swing sets or trees.

FPHA wants to provide a safe, clean and enjoyable living environment for all tenants. In order to create this environment we must have your cooperation in following the rules and regulations.
